Taxes & Import Duties

Applicable shipping is displayed during checkout. Please note there is no option to pay duties up front.  Customs in your country will contact you if there are any duties to pay regarding your delivery.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift. We do not send to PO BOX, BFPO or Armed Forces addresses.

TAX Discounted Shopping

We offer a Tax Discount for our international shoppers. The price displayed will reflect this as long as you use the currency drop down and select the shipping destination.

The advertised currency for your country is approximate due to the currency exchange rate fluctuations.

Israel - We need your Tax ID Number before shipping. If you place an order with us we will contact you before shipping.

Please note: We cannot ship internationally to company addresses. Customs cannot process your order if you place this to an international company address. The parcel will be returned back to us and this will be the customers responsibility to cover the shipping and return costs. 

IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE:
Good Measure reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee and return fee applicable if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.

If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly the customer takes full responsibility for the parcel. Good Measure will not be held responsible for this parcel and this will be the customers responsbility to locate the parcel themselves. We will not be able to open an investigate with the courier regarding the delivery if the address information has been inputted incorrectly. It is the customers responsibility to check the shipping address before the order is dispatched.

Good Measure will not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery caused by the address being inputted incorrectly.

If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be returned back to us, Good Measure will not be held responsible for this parcel and the customer will consume the return charges for the address being inputted incorrectly. It is the customers responsibility to check the shipping address before the order is dispatched.

PRODUCT DELIVERY ERRORS (UK and International)
Delivery errors must be reported within 24 hours of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. If you are a UK customer and you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 7 days. If you are an International customer and you have not received your order within 12 days of dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 12 days. If you notify us after this period then we cannot be held responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.

If you have received your parcel in poor condition/damaged, received the wrong item/size or have items missing you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery to report this. You must keep all outer packaging so that an investigation can be raised. Failure to provide images of the packaging may result in Good Measure not being able to process an investigation.
